Corn Hill Navigation has been actively working with Rochester Accessible Adventures to provide an inclusive model of operation and greater access to our Canal and River cruises for all. Here are some of the ways we are making our waterways accessible to everyone:

  • Restructured our ticketing system to inform our staff of what accommodations we may need to make on any given cruise. Let us know what accommodations you may need through booking your ticket OR reaching out to our Inclusion Point of Contact directly!
  • Developed a guided tour with Tour Blend to make our narration more accessible. The script can be read directly from your phone, or you can have access to the audio through personal headphones or hearing aids.
  • Our team is researching on board transmitters and receivers for real time audio on board to be more accessible.
  • Riverie is a fully accessible, no-step entry vessel with ramps leading from the parking lot to the boat
