Meet the Corn Hill Navigation Team-Ticket Booth Customer Service Agent- Corrinne Reed
Meet Corrinne Reed. She is experiencing her first summer with Corn Hill Navigation (CHN) as a member of the ticket booth staff. After working for 40 years as an IT manager in corporations in Rochester, she enjoys meeting our cruising passengers and encouraging customers to experience a ride on the Erie Canal. When asked what she’d like people to know about CHN, Corrinne said, “CHN is such a positive organization that encourages visitors and residents to experience the waterways in Upstate New York, whether it be on a boat ride, through activities near the river/canal, or in downtown Rochester.” She adds, “CHN’s board and staff recognize that the Rochester area waterways have so much to offer the community. They are a forward-thinking group of people who focus on ways to enrich the Rochester experience.” (Thanks for the compliments, Corrinne!)
Raised in Rochester’s 10th ward, Corrinne says she is motivated to work towards the revitalization of Rochester. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, pickleball, downhill skiing, reading, and travel. Corrinne has a twin sister, and twin daughters. She and he husband have four adult daughters, and happily live in Chili as “empty nesters.”
