Embark on an enriching journey with Corn Hill Navigation’s birding cruises, led by local guides Randi and Nic Minetor. The Minetors, known for their birding books, have their work distributed nationwide by Falcon Guides and Quick Reference Publishing.

During these cruises, participants can spot over 20 bird species, including the great blue heron, great egret, and belted kingfisher. Summer sightings commonly include barn and tree swallows, green heron, northern cardinal, blue jay, American robin, mallard, Canada goose, and woodpeckers. Bald eagles are a notable presence along the Genesee River, showcasing their hunting skills, while some cruises may even catch osprey fishing in the waterways. Tree-dwelling birds such as orioles, sparrows, and various smaller birds can also be observed.

These cruises are ideal for novice birdwatchers. Remember to bring your binoculars for a memorable experience!
