Proud to be a Corn Hill Neighborhood Business!

You will find that the Corn Hill Neighborhood is unlike any other neighborhood in the City of Rochester. Located on the southwest corridor of Rochester, in what was once called the “Third Ward” or “Ruffled Shirt District,” the neighborhood is a vibrant place to live and work.

Corn Hill Landing, built along the west side of the Genesee River, just South of Rochester’s Frederick Douglass-Susan B. Anthony Memorial Bridge, you can find a variety of businesses, most if not all are walking and biking distance!

Corn Hill Navigation’s Waterfront Center is located at 280 Exchange Blvd. This Waterfront Center serves as the Harbor Master for the City of Rochester. The office space has accessible bathrooms with showers for boaters to use, along with a kitchenette, boat pump out, and water fill up stations. The office also serves as the ticket booth for the new tour boat, Riverie.

Directly to the West of our office, you will find Flight Wine Bar known for its incredible selection of wines, charcuterie board options, and special events including but not limited to live music, classes, and social events. The atmosphere and patio alone provides the perfect gathering place for a meet up with friends.

Directly South of our office you will find Rabbit Hole Tavern which just opened this year. They have an extensive and creative menu that will make you want to come back for more! They also provide many Gluten Free options as well. Rabbit Hole Tavern has been getting lots of foot traffic too as many are interested in checking out the magical beer draft. Magical is not a word that is used lightly here. It’s something you truly have to see to believe.

Right next to Rabbit Hole Tavern is 809 Bar and Restaurant which focuses on Spanish Cuisine. If you are looking for an elevated dining experience with views of the Genesee River, look no further! 809 Bar and Restaurant entrees are full of flavor and provides a great location to celebrate a special occasion.

In the same plaza, and closer to Exchange Blvd, is Mac’s Philly Steaks which provides great lunch options to dine in or take to-go.

Across Exchange Blvd from our office, there are more businesses that we need to highlight!

Neutral Ground Coffeehouse recently moved into the Corn Hill Neighborhood and Corn Hill Navigation is grateful to be partnered with Neutral Ground for lunch cruises on both vessels this season! They have the most fantastic breakfast and lunch options, and they are dog friendly!

Keep it Rollin’ Sushi Bar is another great spot to check out for delicious Sushi Rolls and Poke Bowls.

We are so grateful to be a part of such a great business community in Corn Hill!

There are many other businesses that we could feature and we wanted to take the time and list others below:
